Jobs, Jobs, Jobs......

Well Jill MacDougall's summer if officially going to be consumed by work.... 

May consists of working at Bowmont Medical Clinic, Dr Tom's Office, and I just applied for a job at Jersey City.

June through August consists of full time camp coordinator position at YMCA, part time work at Bowmont Medical Clinic,hopefully a job a jersey city, or somewhere else.

Well hopefully I can see my friends.....

This is what happens when you wanna pay to live away from home, buy a new car and buy  a puppy!

Five Year Plan.....

Today I decided to write out my five year plan, and see how much comes true.

1. Finish School and get my Degree

2. Move to LA for a year, hopefully get a teaching job, and maybe further my singing career.

3. I would like to have a "serious" bf haha (but not necessary)

4. This is probably out there, but I would like to be engaged..... maybe married haha

5. And I would like to be financially stable.

Possible?? I think so!

Breast Cancer Awareness....

So today I participated in the run for the cure with lovely Tan tan and her boy toy Colin. We had a blast (even though me and colin were soo unbelievably hungover), a ton of laughs, and helped support a good cause. This is defenitley something that I want to do again next year, but hopefully i can get a team of people to do it with me, and I want to start fundraising a lot earlier and raise a shit ton of money for such a great cause! This year I ran for three women whom have been affected by breast cancer, and all three of them have beat it, so i ran for those three strong women. This year i also made a goal to raise $500.00, and in the end i raised $520.00. 

Talent Show

So last night i sang in the Preliminarie Round of The Stampede Talent Search 2010..

I Personally feel like i did a great job, i sang good, had a cute outfit, and the band was awesome. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported me, i appreciate it more than you will ever know. I Will find out tomorrow night if i made semis, let's hope (cross your fingers for me)

my hero...

Today I watched the movie about the life of Terry Fox, and cried pretty much all the way through it, but i just wanted to say what an incredible man he was!!!! If your in need of a hero, ive got one for you. I was so inspired today watching his journey, and seeing the money he raised, and what he overcome, and his struggles. Terry Fox is most defenitley my inspiration to do something good for others, and jsut in life in general.
